Rose Ayling-Ellis was no doubt left red-faced after she accidentally flashed fans in a major wardrobe malfunction.
The actress, 28, who was crowned the Strictly Come Dancing champ in 2021, enjoyed a plush night out on Monday (October 2). Rose attended the star-studded Stage Awards do – where she also picked up a gong for West End debut.
For the event, she looked nothing short of sensational in a plunging black velvet blazer and matching trousers. But her night took a rather unfortunate turn when she ended up flashing the camera after her blazer burst open.

In a video she shared to her Instagram, Rose can be seen getting stuck into the food that was on offer at the posh do. She picked up something from a bowl and popped it into her mouth.
However, the former EastEnders actress quickly became panicked as smoke spilled out of her mouth while shaking her hands – indicating it was hot. But things soon got even more awkward for Rose.
As she walked away from the table, her open-wide black blazer got stuck. And going braless at the event, Rose accidentally flashed her chest to the camera – using an emoji to cover her modesty.
She captioned the video: “It is so cold it burns! Now I cannot taste anything. (It also burns skin…) Whoever's idea to hand whatever this is out there is having a laugh."
Unsurprisingly, Rose’s post didn’t go amiss from her fans. Rushing to the comments section, one person penned: “Well-placed emoji to keep your dignity & that was so funny.”

Someone else added: “Oh Rose I love your modesty cover up.” A third quipped: “Rose this is why we love you, you are so real.”
Rose also shared a snap to Instagram celebrating her win. She wrote: "Wow! Last night, I won the Best West End Debut Performer award at The Stage Debut Awards. Thank you sooooo much to everyone who has voted for me. It is a very cool category to be in."
She went on: "I am proud of @sohoplace for giving me the opportunity to play Celia and to the casts and crews for letting me have creative involvement and allowing BSL to be a fundamental part of the show.
"It was great to show the theatre industry that access can be art, and it is not something that is just there. This win is vital for the deaf community. I do often talk about the lack of captions/accessible shows in the theatre and the lack of advertising over it because I, myself, would love to go to the theatre more often than I do."
