Ashley Walters, who is known for his role on Netflix's Top Boy, unveiled his incredible body transformation on Wednesday's Lorraine .
Appearing alongside his Bulletproof co-star Noel Clarke, the stars showed off their gym-honed physiques while discussed their Sky One police drama, which required the pair to do some of their own stunts.
Ashley, 37, who portrays Ronnie Pike on the programme, opened up about his tough gym sessions he took part in to get him ready for the series.
And host Lorraine Kelly was clearly impressed with the pair's rippling abs, as she exclaimed they had gone through "quite the transformation".

Referencing his pre-gym figure, Ashley replied: "Before, that was a dad's bod. Come on."
While Noel, 44, admitted he was "ashamed" of his frame prior to working out at the gym, and explained he took photos of his progress in order to keep him on track.
He said: "Nothing happens in life without hard work. Without discipline. Without focus.

"I’m not perfect by a long shot. But everything I do. I do to be the best at. It’s irrelevant whether I get there or not.
"The only failure would be not giving 100%. But if you know you’ve given 100% then you haven’t failed. You can’t fail. I was out of shape. I wanted to get in shape so I worked at it.
"I’m a bit ashamed of where I was but I’ve posted the picture to show you the results and show you that you can do it too."

The second series of Bulletproof is set to return to the small screen on Friday 20th March 2020 on Sky One and NOW TV.
The show is centred on detectives Bishop and Pike who fight crime together on the streets of east London, sharing a similar moral code, despite their drastically different backgrounds.
Lorraine airs weekdays on ITV at 9am.
