Alan Carr's Epic Gameshow viewers distracted as they spot something VERY wrong with studio audience | The Sun

ALAN Carr has returned to our screens with a brand new show on ITV, but fans have been left seriously distracted.

The comedian is hosting Alan Carr's Epic Gameshow, which launched its latest series on June 25, and is a rebooted version of multiple hit TV shows from the 80s and 90s.

So far, Alan has brought back popular gameshows Strike It Lucky, Bullseye and Child's Play.

Airing at 7pm on Saturday night's it's drawn in a huge crowd, but viewers can't help but shake the feeling that something isn't quite right.

Set in a huge TV studio setting, the prime-time gameshow seems to have a large live audience, similar to Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.

Alan speaks to the 'crowd' at various times, and when he arrives on the stage there is loud cheering.

It comes after Saturday night's episode was slammed by viewers, as many switched off only minutes into the show.

One wrote: "Just tuned in and I’m tuning straight back out…..I remember this shit first time around….plus, I come out in hives at the first sight of a kid on the telly!"

Another posted: "This is woeful….hated it first time round, it’s worse now."

A third chimed in: "Didn't remember #ChildsPlay. Didn't remember the theme tune. And no doubt, it's a very dull fairly straight quiz. Not an #EpicGameshow at all."
