Big Brother seriously "missed a trick" in not booking Rylan as the show's presenter, claims Nicola McLean.
Nicola argued that he would have been the better choice and said he was "desperate" to do it. AJ Odudu and Will Best are currently both co-hosting the show together.
She exclusively told Daily Star: "I think they're really missing Rylan. I know he really wanted to do it as well. So, I just think they've missed a trick.

"I think that everything that he touches, people love, you know, even him and his mum on Gogglebox. So I'm just shocked he put himself well out there and they didn't choose him.
"Emma took herself out of it, which I was shocked actually because she was bloody brilliant as well. Rylan even bought another Diary Room chair, I saw it on Instagram.
"He is like the ultimate Big Brother fan. So yeah, I think I do I think we're missing him."
"If you have two hosts, you should have one just doing the main show and one just doing the after-show. You know, it just seems all a bit disjointed but yeah I would not be surprised if Rylan comes back for the celebrity one as he is so much better."
Talking about the Live and Late after-show, Nicola continued: "The guests they have on as well, they don't even seem like they're watching the show. They need people on there who have been ex-housemates so they can relate to what the contestants are going through. It looks like they've just picked random people and that's not what the public wants."
Rylan spoke about being gutted about not getting the role on Loose Women and said he "sillily expected" and he would have "gone back to Big Brother in a heartbeat".
Nicola also evaluated the show and believes she spotted a housemate "fake crying" during a task. She claimed Matty didn't even "shed a tear" after he had an emotional outburst during the intruder trial where loved ones came into the house.
The star explained: "They didn't pick Matthew's boyfriend because it was a video call and he was so dramatic. I mean, it was awful.
"It was embarrassing to watch. Man up, they had to make a decision. It was such over-the-top crying, wailing, I cry, but you know, there's crying and then there's screaming on the floor. I can't be asked for that.
"I also noticed that there wasn't a single tear when he was crying – which makes me think it was fake. Yeah, it wasn't a good look was it?"
Big Brother airs Sunday to Thursday on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm followed by Big Brother Late & Live at 10pm
