JENNA Dewan and Channing Tatum are allegedly fighting over custody of their daughter in a bitter divorce battle.
Jenna, 38, was apparently blindsided when Channing, 39, filed court documents on Tuesday asking a judge to create a holiday custody schedule for their six-year-old daughter Everly, TMZ reports.
"Jenna's priority has always been, and continues to be, her daughter's well-being," her rep Nicole Perna told the tabloid.
The Step Up actress, who is pregnant with her second child, allegedly feels like her ex-husband is grandstanding because she had previously signed off on the full schedule.
Channing denies this is the case and claims Jenna initially agreed to only part of the schedule, which is why he roped in a judge.
He allegedly refused Jenna's requests to revise Everly's custody timetable because of work conflicts, sources close to the exes revealed.
Communication issues have reportedly deepened the divide between the former couple.
Jenna claims her ex doesn't allow her to FaceTime Everly when she's with her dad and that he rarely FaceTimes with his daughter, despite their mutual agreement to a mandatory video call every day, according to TMZ.
The doting dad denies her allegations, claiming that he calls the nanny's phone to FaceTime his child because of how difficult his ex-wife can be.
Child support is another bone the exes are picking with one another, according to the TMZ report.
Although Jenna says Channing isn't paying up, the Magic Mike star claims that they both have access to a joint account that covers their daughter's expenses.
Neither Channing nor Jenna's reps responded to a request for comment from The Sun.
The actors met on the set of their film Step Up in 2006 and began dating shortly after filming ended.
The pair became engaged in September 2008 and tied the knot the following July in Malibu, California.
In December 2012, Jenna announced she was pregnant with their daughter, who was born in London five months later.
The couple announced their separation in April 2018, and Jenna filed for divorce six months later.
Jenna confirmed she was in a relationship with actor Steve Kazee in October 2018, the same month her ex started seeing English singer Jessie J.
The actress announced she and her new beau were expecting their first child together in September of this year.
