Coronation Street's legendary red-head Fiz Stape has been spotted proudly showing off her brand new pad following her departure from the iconic Weatherfield cobbles.
Try not to worry too much though, Corrie fans, as Jennie McAlpine – who has played the second-hand furniture flogger since she first joined the soap in 2001 – is not yet leaving Weatherfield entirely.
Fiz is set to pack her bags and leave her terraced house in the coming weeks in order to move into a luxury Victorian semi with new boyfriend Phill Whittaker (Jamie Kenna).
It seems as though she's now moving up in the world, however, as the ITV soap's brand new spoiler pictures of filming show Fiz and her beau standing in the windows of their swish brand new home.
Viewers have been watching the former seamstress slowly and painfully move on from cheating ex Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall), who ultimately chose Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) over her and their daughters last year.
We watched as she grew close to council worker Phill, who will be shown to land on their feet with the reveal of their posh new house.
This week's episode will see Tyrone agreeing to drop the asking price on the house in order to make a quicker sale.
Following Phill's embarrassing firing for leaking a report to Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) during the council elections, he has some tough news to break to girlfriend Fiz.
Now being unable to afford the renovations for the house, they may have to hang around a little longer than expected, and when she attempts to hurry the sale of Tyrone's house, she runs into a brick wall.
Fiz is then informed by the estate agent that last year's sink hole disaster – which took the life of resident Johnny Connor as well as putting many others in danger – has put buyers off wanting to purchase Weatherfield properties.
Despite strongly insisting that they need to reduce the price if they ever want to sell up, a difficult Tyrone refuses.
Later this week, however, Fiz and Phill are set to be shocked when the estate agent calls unexpectedly with some exciting news.

Tyrone has finally agreed to the price reduction, meaning the house will be just weeks away from being sold.
She visits her ex to thank him for his decision, giving him the news that lovebirds will be leaving sooner than expected, which will leave Tyrone devastated after all their years together.
