EastEnders fans have speculated that Whitney Dean could adopt Lily Slater's baby after the youngster decided she wants to continue with her pregnancy.
The Slater's have been on edge since finding out 12-year-old Lily was pregnant on New Year's Day, with Stacey voicing concern that they simply can't afford to support another child.
In Monday's instalment of the BBC soap, Lily made plans to have an abortion, however changed her mind at the last minute and informed Stacey and Martin that she was no longer going ahead with the termination.

Now, EastEnders fans have begun theorizing that Lily could end up putting her and Ricky Jr's baby up for adoption – and the new mum could be a familiar face.
EastEnders spoilers revealed that Whitney is called back to the hospital after her ultrasound has flagged up a situation with the baby.
If something is wrong with Whitney's baby, could she end up adopting her niece's child?
Taking to reddit with their theories, one viewer penned: "So after watching today's episode (20th January) and seeing that Lily is going to terminate the pregnancy I'm wondering whether Lily will change her mind at the last minute."
They added: "Now hear me out, with Zack's HIV storyline and the chance he's passed it on to Whitney and the baby there could be an unfortunate chance of Whitney being forced to terminate her pregnancy.
"Assuming Lily changes her mind and decides to put the baby up for adoption and Whitney can become the adoptive mother."
Another agreed: "I could see this happening but I hope Whit doesn't lose her own baby."
Many viewers seemed completely against the idea as one wrote: "Personally I hate the idea of Whitney adopting her niece’s child especially concerning the Slater’s history with Kat and Zoe.
They continued: "It would just traumatise Lily, who doesn’t seem keen on adoption anyway."
While other fans have suggested that Stacey should take matters into her own hands and adopt her grandchild because Lily is "too young" to make a decision.
