EASTENDERS fans are convinced they have worked out who Jo Cotton is secretly working with – and it’s a very familiar face.
The scheming wife of Rocky Cotton – who is played by actress Vicki Michele in the BBC soap – returned this week to try to blackmail Rocky and Kathy Beale after scamming him into committing bigamy.
Jo revealed her plan and demanded £50k to stop her from spilling the beans and putting Rocky behind bars.
Kathy decided to step in, taking out a loan and emptying her savings.
She even made plans to sell Beale's Plaice, the iconic local chippy which was once run by her son Ian, in an attempt to get Rocky out of trouble.
Fortunately Ben Mitchell stepped in and pretended to be a police detective in order to scare Jo away – and she ran.

But not before receiving a phone call where she said she had the money she wanted – and there was more to come.
However with her secret phone call and plan to relieve the couple of all of Kathy’s money, fans think they know who she’s working with.
They are convinced it’s Dotty Cotton.
Dotty was last seen in Walford last year after the death of her grandmother Dot. Once she discovered Dot hadn’t left her the bulk of her million pound fortune, she was furious.

She left Walford screaming in a rage, and fans think she wants revenge on Rocky for his part in it all.
One wrote: “My thoughts were that she may be in cahoots with Dotty, but that would have been a case of Dotty working on finding Jo. I doubt they knew each other until very recently.”
A second said: “As for Dotty, imagining she is Jo’s partner in crime, I wouldn’t mind if it was the case.
“I would just hope for better material for Dotty this time round.”

Another added: “Dotty is probably the most likely candidate.
“Or maybe another Cotton like Andrew or Charlie if they have plans to rebuild the Cottons, but I can't see either as blackmailers of Kathy so if its another Cotton, chances are its Rocky’s secret child.”
