Emmerdales Kim concerned ‘biggest fear’ comes true if history repeats itself

Emmerdale: Caleb and Charity share a steamy kiss

Caleb Milligan (played by Will Ash) believed Home Farm was his birthright as it once belonged to his late dad Frank Tate (Norman Bowler) who was Kim Tate’s (Claire King) ex-husband.

Longtime Emmerdale fans will recall villainous Kim watched Frank die of a heart attack before her eyes and failed to help him decades ago.

Caleb has been spending the best part of a year trying to bleed Kim dry and take over her beloved Home Farm in a bitter revenge plot.

However, the crafty businesswoman proved she should not be messed with earlier this month when she finally exposed Caleb’s scheme.

She teamed up with Caleb’s brother Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) who also has a vendetta against the Emmerdale newcomer after he sabotaged his and Moira Barton’s (Natalie J Robb) business.

While it looks like Kim and Cain have outsmarted Caleb, could he have another plan up his sleeve?

Kim actress Claire opened up to Express.co.uk and other media about her character’s “biggest fear”.

She reflected on the moment Frank caught her having an affair in 1992 and booted her out of Home Farm.

Claire said: “She got turfed out of Home Farm and she ended up living in the village and that was my biggest fear.”

She may have stopped Caleb from rinsing her savings, but could history repeat itself if he finds another way to take over Home Farm?

Speaking about viewers’ thoughts on Kim, Claire shared: “I think they would probably like to see the downfall of Kim Tate but others are on Kim’s side, thinking, ‘They can’t do that, she belongs in that house!’”

As Caleb is Frank’s son, is there a way of proving Home Farm belongs to him?

Someone clearly wants to get rid of Caleb as a mystery attacker pushes him off a cliff in upcoming scenes.

Could Kim be responsible? Claire said: “I think there will be an element of old Kim coming back. I think the best-served cold might come into it, she will bide her time I think.”

Many villagers have become enemies with Caleb, including Cain, Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi) and Moira after learning about his twisted web of lies.

Will Caleb survive the horrific fall, or is this how he meets his grisly end?

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV and ITVX.
