JOE Wicks shared intimate pictures of him with his children as he applauded the nation's dads today.

The personal trainer, whose PE lessons for kids have proved a YouTube hit in lockdown, melted hearts with his sweet post on Instagram.

Joe has daughter Indie, 1, and five month old Marley with wife Rosie and The Body Coach, 33, took to the site to post the adorable snaps of his little ones in his arms.

He said: "Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers out there ❤️?? The unconditional love we feel for our children is so special ? Have a great day with your family ."

The post was sure to delight his 3.6million followers, who commented in their droves about Joe's adorable children.

One posted: "What a couple of cuties!"

The fitness guru's post comes days after his daughter India hilariously gave him a makeover and covered his face with lipstick.

The Body Coach took to Instagram to debut the completed result after letting the tot transform his face with wife Rosie Jones' make-up.

Sharing a series of hilarious snaps online, Joe revealed he had let Indie loose on his face on Tuesday.

In the photos, Joe pulled a face as he showed off the aftermath of the makeover and wrote: "I let Indie loose on me with Rosie's make up yesterday… As you can see I actually really enjoyed it."

Elsewhere, Joe is currently holding 30-minute PE lessons every Monday to Friday amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

The lessons called "PE with Joe" are streamed live on Joe's YouTube channel at 9am.


The fitness guru is donating “every single penny” of the advertising revenue from his PE lesson workouts to the NHS.

Earlier this month it was revealed he'd raised over £500,000.

Taking to Instagram, he shared: "This is every penny so far raised from the 20 workouts we have done together.

"Thank you so much for taking part and helping raise all this money for a cause which I feel we can all be proud of.

"The great news is we can grow this number even bigger each week by coming back and tuning in again.

"Will I see you tomorrow at 9am? To all the NHS staff we LOVE and appreciate you."
