ITV's Good Morning Britain made for awkward viewing on Monday morning after an activist came on the show to discuss protestors invading Silverstone track during the opening lap.
Talking to presenters Ed Balls and Susanna Reid, protestor James Skeet came on the show all guns blazing, while accusing GMB for not doing enough to combat climate change.
James spoke openly about his part in the Just Stop Oil protest – and how he felt it was necessary to be able to draw attention to climate change.
But as James tried to get his point across he began to shout in the studio regarding what we all could be doing more.
However Susanna was forced to bite back and remind him that Laura Tobin was excellent with reporting climate change on GMB.
Seeing the heated exchange, fans quickly jumped onto Twitter to share their thoughts.
One prson said: "These eco warrior people can't debate anything…all they do is become petulant and lose because all they can do is shout and scour…."
Another said: "Hopefully one day these climate protesters will use a sensible spokesperson and people will finally take them seriously. They have such important points to make but they don’t put them across well at all."
While a third said: "They always have the worst representatives from these protests. I'll happily listen to anyone's point of view, and I obviously agree with the seriousness of climate change but people like this idiot do the cause more harm than good."
