Since the coronavirus pandemic, ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! has been unable to film in its iconic location in Australia. Hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly and ITV bosses were forced to move the series to Gwrych Castle in north Wales in recent years. However, this year the team are back in the Australian outback and the new series kicks off in just over a week.
The return to Australia will kick off with a 105-minute special on Saturday, November 6 at 9pm on ITV.
ITV bosses revealed their full listings for the weekend when the series kicks off, despite the air date of the show being leaked a week ago.
The new date sees the show beginning two weeks earlier than the series last year, with the campmates explaining why they have signed up for the show in the opening episode.
Just like in previous years, Ant and Dec will then set the lucky contestants a series of challenges before they make their way into the jungle camp in Murwillumbah in New South Wales.
Over the recent days, stars have begun to arrive in Australia for their isolation period which includes DJ Chris Moyles, Love Island star Olivia Attwood, and soap stars Sue Cleaver and Owen Warner.
