The Kardashian celebrated with her fiancé Travis Barker, 46, her three kids, and her soon-to-be two stepchildren.
Disneyland staff sang the star Happy Birthday and cheered as Kourtney blew out the candles on a red Mickey Mouse shaped cake.

Mickey Mouse hats were strewn across the white tablecloth along the table as remnants from the day the family spent in the theme park.

Kourtney was sitting between her daughter Penelope, nine – who she shares with her ex Scott Disick, 38 – and Travis.
