Rugrats was a beloved kids TV show which aired from 1993 to 2004 following four babies and Tommy's older cousin Angelica.
Angelica famously screams at the tots "you stupid babies!" as her catchphrase, and she's made the "villain" of the kids TV show.

But in the years since it aired, some viewers have started to believe that the show wasn't really from the babies' point of view after all, and it was actually all Angelica.
One strong theory is that The Rugrats were a figment of Angelica's imagination – and that the older cousin was actually dealing with some pretty dark stuff.
According to Creepypasta, a popular Rugrats theory suggests that Angelica made up all the tots from what she knew about their parents.
The theory suggests that she became addicted to various drugs which aggravated her Schizophrenia, prompting her to make the tots in her imagination.
It's said that in the time lapse she made them older, and when taking drugs she would see them, and they were her only company.
Angelica's backstory is also tragic, with the theory suggesting her mum died of a heroine overdose just after she was born, and Drew married a gold digger instead.
Angelica's doll, Cynthia, was made in her mum's image, which is why she was so attached to it – and years later, her life followed the same end as her mum, dying of an overdose at age 13 when the spin-off All Grown Up was cancelled.
All of the kids in the early seasons were figments of her imagination, with the theory suggesting that Chuckie actually died in 1986 along with his mother, which they use to explain why Chaz is a nervous wreck all the time.
The theory goes on to explain that down the line, Chaz marries a woman named Kira who had a daughter named Kimi that was torn from her because she was addicted to cocaine.
It goes on to claim that Tommy was stillborn in 1988, which is why Stu is constantly in the basement making toys for the son who was never able to live.
However, Tommy's brother Dil does exit, according to the theory.
Angelica didn't know the difference between Dil and her creations, but the youngest didn't follow her commands, Angelica became angry with him on one occasion and hit him, and Dil had a brain haemorrhage.
It was said he later became ridiculed and lived as an outcast, and Angelica's guilt prompted her drug use which made her unable to stop the creations.
As for the twins, the theory is that the DeVilles had an abortion in 1990, and Angelica didn't know if it would have been a boy or a girl, so she created twins.
Creator Arlene Klasky has since addressed this theory at Comic Con, telling Buzzfeed: "A lot of people believe that conspiracy theory, and no. It's not true."
