Jodie Comer to marry a woman in new series of Killing Eve – but it’s not who you think – The Sun

KILLING Eve fans will have been rooting for Jodie Comer’s Villanelle and Sandra Oh’s Eve to get together properly.

The Russian spy will be getting married in the new plot — just not to Eve.

In scenes already shot for the third series of the hit BBC thriller, I can reveal Villanelle marries a Spanish woman, and their wedding day inevitably descends into chaos.

The episode was shot last month at stately home Tyringham Hall in Milton Keynes, Bucks.

A source said: “The wedding is one of the key scenes in the series.

“Last time out, things ended with the tension between Villanelle and Eve at an all-time high, so fans will be hoping that they get together.

“But unfortunately, it seems that Villanelle and her Spanish bride are very loved-up.

“The scenes that Jodie and co have already shot include a big Spanish band and the cutting of a cake, before she spots an enemy among the guests and goes after them.”

The new series with finale scenes, pictured, filmed at Liverpool Street Station in central London, has been adapted by Suzanne Heathcote, best known for writing Walking Dead spin-off Fear The Walking Dead.

That bodes well for the body count in Killing Eve then.

must watch

WHAT? Baghdad Central, Channel 4, 10pm.

WHY? This six-part drama, starring Bertie Carvel, is set in 2003 Iraq. A former police inspector discovers his daughter has gone missing and a British ex-cop steps in.

Motsi's Strictly return

I CAN reveal Motsi Mabuse is returning as a Strictly judge.

The South African-born panellist, whose sister Oti is a professional dancer on the BBC1 show, has been invited back for this year.

She will rejoin fellow judges Shirley Ballas, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood.

A source said: “Producers were delighted with Motsi because she brought so much to the table, with plenty of glamour, opinion and humour.

“They’re really happy with the line-up so want to keep the chemistry. Bosses also want to expand her brand to other show formats, like Oti has with The Greatest Dancer.

“The pair also proved they could be professional together on screen, despite being siblings, and nipping potential favouritism issues in the bud.”

MYLEENE Klass, who has a six-month-old baby, knocked back bubbly at the Henley Festival launch last week and said: “I feel very naughty having champagne on a school night, but it’s what the celebs in Hollywood drink, so why not?”

I'm a Food Lava

HOLY smoke! This smouldering table volcano is really a pizza – and one of the wacky creations from Channel 4’s Crazy Delicious.

And the huge ham joint laid before you is actually a melon.

They were made by a sports teacher and are among the treats in tomorrow’s episode that impress superchef presenter Heston Blumenthal.

Killer Drama On Ice

FOUR Lives had all the hallmarks of a TV hit with Jeff Pope at the helm and Sheridan Smith and Stephen Merchant in the cast.

But I can reveal the BBC1 drama, based on the 2014-15 London murder spree of Grindr killer Stephen Port, has had its release delayed by at least a year.

It is because the producers want to wait until after the inquest into the deaths of his victims is completed.

My source said: “The inquests aren’t due to start until January 2021 and will last at least eight weeks, so we’d be looking at broadcast in March 2021 at the earliest.”

Anything Jeff writes is worth the wait.
