Kate Garraway was left a little shocked as a guest on Good Morning Britain flashed his crotch in a live stream blunder.
Safe to say it was a little much for the morning.
Kate and her co-presenter Ben Shephard found a silver lining in people working from home amid the coronavirus pandemic, joking about workers dressing in business attire from the waist up, but for comfort on the lower half.
And one guest, Iain Dale, was certainly keen to confirm their suspicions.
Standing up, he gave everyone a shot of his crotch, as he showed off some comfy tracksuit bottoms, lifting up his shirt to flash his belly for good measure – and that’s not even to mention his camera falling over at the same time.
Kate was in stitches at the chaotic moment, giggling: ‘I tell you what Iain, that was almost a very big reveal.’
Fanning herself, she went on to joke: ‘I feel like I’m developing some symptoms, I don’t know what of!’
Well then.
Meanwhile, usual GMB presenter Susanna Reid (who wisely refused to show anything other than her top half) has been featuring on the show via live stream as she self-isolates with her family.
Opening up about her experience, the star explained: ‘Suddenly, with these new drastic action measures…it meant that if even one member of your household had [symptoms], you would all have to go into self-isolation for 14 days.’
She added: ‘Immediately I thought I can’t go to work and work with you guys,’ pointing out that she feels ‘lucky’ due to having sick pay.
‘There are people who are self-employed…There are people who will not be paid sick pay who are on zero hour contract,’ she explained, adding: ‘I’m actually in a very privileged position compared to other people.’
Susanna tweeted on Monday: ‘I am currently well but due to the new advice today I will be self-isolating for two weeks due to symptoms in my household. Stay well everyone.’
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
