KERRY Katona continued to show off her weight loss today, as she practiced yoga in her sports bra.
The Atomic Kitten singer, 42, has been keeping her fans up-to-date with journey to shed the pounds.
Kerry took to Instagram to share her exercise routine, which has helped her lose weight.
Posting the video, she wrote alongside it: "Morning yoga and meditation done ❤️❤️"
In the short clip, which had been sped up, she could see performing poses like "cat and cow",as well as "child's pose".
Her fans immediately rushed to praise her, with one saying: "Well done Kerry. you are looking strong."

The mum-of-five has spoken about her weight loss in her New! magazine column recently.
Speaking about the achievement, she said: "I’ve lost 8lb in a week and I’m back in my size 12 jeans! I feel amazing."

Kerry said that she weighed 13 stone when she first started her fitness journey.
As well as weight loss, Kerry has also been turning her attention to her mental health and general welbeing.
She was recently seen taking part in E4 series The Big Celebrity Detox alongside Toby Aromolaran, Chloe Veitch and Princess Olga.
Kerry recently wowed her fans with her flat tummy as she posed for a picture in her house.
Flexing her muscles she lifted up her top to show off the results of her hard work.
"The future looks super bright and I’ll share more as we go," she penned in the caption.
"Swipe left to see the results are real – I’ve taken the pic myself .. no edit … just wait for 6,8,10 weeks time when the overhaul is well on its way."
She was praised by fans, with one saying: "You look amazing well done."
