ITV detective drama Lewis, the Inspector Morse spin-off, is back on our screens.
Set in Oxford, the series stars Kevin Whately as Robert "Robbie" Lewis and Laurence Fox as DS James Hathaway.
You can catch a run on ITV3 at 8pm tonight (August 10), or all nine series are available on ITV hub.
Fox is perhaps best known as an actor for his role as Lewis' sidekick, but even those who haven't seen the show might recognise him – the controversial activist is leader of the right-wing Reclaim Party.
The former musician was also a 2021 London mayor candidate, attracting less than 2% of the vote and losing his deposit after standing in opposition to what he saw as "extreme" political correctness.
Fox has courted his share of controversy, too, with his provocative views around political correctness and "woke culture", Covid-19 and racial issues, among other topics.
Why was Laurence Fox banned from Twitter?
Fox was temporarily banned from Twitter in June.
His account was suspended for a day after tweeting an image of a swastika made from LBTQ+ symbol the Progress Pride flag.
It included the comment: "You can openly call the [Union Jack] a symbol of facism (sic) and totalitarianism on Twatter. You cannot criticise the holy flags."
The tweet was publicly condemned by the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust, Campaign Against Antisemitism and other organisations.
Comedian and actress Kathy Burke and London Assembly member Caroline Russell, who called the post "a hate crime", were among the Twitter users who also spoke out against it.
It isn't the first time Fox has been censured by Twitter.
Last August, Fox posted a tweet about the arrest of black Manchester City footballer Benjamin Mendy on rape and sexual assault charges.
He posted "Get kneeling, f**kers" in an apparent reference to the trend of sportspeople taking a knee before matches in a show of anti-racism solidarity.
Twitter removed the tweet and temporarily locked his account for violating its rules against "hateful conduct".
In a thread posted after returning to Twitter, Fox admitted the tweet was "provocative" but claimed nothing in it "was about race".
