Lori Loughlin to Plead Guilty in College Admissions Case, Serve 2 Months in Prison

Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy charges in connection with their involvement in the college admissions case that saw them securing the fraudulent admission of their two daughters to the University of Southern California, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.

As part of the plea deal, Loughlin has agreed to serve two months in prison. She will also be fined $150,000, have two years of supervised release, and perform 100 hours of community service.

The couple will go before U.S. District Court Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton on a date to be specified by the court, with Loughlin pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and Giannulli pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and honest services wire and mail fraud.
