MAMA June's weight gain following her gastric sleeve surgery could cause complications – and even cost the star her life, a plastic surgeon has warned.
It comes after the mom of four posed in a red swimsuit by the pool in Florida – and a source told The Sun she had gained about 45 pounds.
Her personal trainer – who helped her lose over 100 pounds – also said she could face health problems unless she loses weight.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Agullo said: "Mama June looks very fluffy.
"June can improve her physique by getting on a very strict diet with an aggressive exercise routine.
"She had the gastric sleeve surgery a few years ago and her massive weight gain could cause serious complications and possibly cost June her life.
Celebrity trainer Natasha Fett, who helped Mama June get into shape in 2017, said she believes the star has gained even more than 45 pounds.
"June looks like she has gained 60 pounds or more. June will need to back on her exercise routine on a daily basis and work hard at it like she did before.
"June has to do weight training to tone her arms, abs and legs, up hill walking as well as jogging to help shed the pounds.
"June needs to cut out carbs and stick to strictly protein and vegetables.
"She could get faster results but stay healthy doing it by intermittent fasting.
"If June doesn't lose weight it could be detrimental to her health."
It comes as the 40-year-old mom and grandma faces jail following her arrest on a crack cocaine charge last year.
June’s body transformation was documented on hit show Mama June: From Not to Hot after she underwent a $75,000 gastric sleeve surgery, breast augmentation and skin removal surgery.
She stunned fans by losing the weight, but her healthy lifestyle appears to have slipped recently.
The insider told The Sun: “June has recently put on 45 pounds and is currently 210 pounds.
“Unfortunately after doing so well she has been struggling with her weight and eating a lot during quarantine.
"The hope is that she soon remembers how far she came and quickly gets back on a healthy path.”
It comes after she and boyfriend Geno Doak were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance – crack cocaine – and possession of drug paraphernalia – a crack pipe – last October.
June and Geno's attorney entered a not guilty plea on their behalf, but they can face up to a year in jail if found guilty.
Honey Boo Boo – real name Alana Thompson – has admitted she is struggling by her mother's situation.
Last month the teen posted on Facebook about "barely holding it together."
Meanwhile June's longtime psychic told The Sun she believes the star is "in danger" and sees "drugs and jail" in her future.
