Georgie (played by Michelle Keegan) was crushed when her love interest Elvis (Luke Pasqualino) was killed at the end of the first half of season three, seemingly ending any chance of a relationship between the pair for good. However, throughout this current run of the BBC drama, a lot of focus has been brought back on the deceased character and even the medic was left wondering if he could still be alive. Fans of the show have flooded social media after they have been thinking the same thing, with Fingers’ (Sean Ward) death possibly marking the return for the beloved character.

Elvis’ demise was one of the most shocking and truly heartbreaking moments of the army-based drama, leaving fans in turmoil one of the show’s most beloved character’s had been killed off.
During an ambush at the end of the first part of season three, Georgie’s love interest got caught up in the detonation of a remote bomb.

The most recent instalment of the fictional programme saw Georgie and her colleagues attending the funeral of her brother-in-law.
Whilst sat with Kingy (Rolan Bell), the medic opened up about her relationship with Elvis and how she missed him greatly.
In was in this moment she confessed: “Sometimes I wonder whether he’s alive and all this is just a sign. I know it’s crazy.
“Kingy, I didn’t even check his f****** pulse,” she continued and as he tried to shut down her conspiracy, the departing character only made her cause more prevalent.
“Say he wasn’t dead when they took him. You’re looking at me like I’m mad,” Georgie told Kingy before coming to the realisation she was probably wrong.
However, the medic had the full support of fans who were convinced she might actually be on to something and Elvis is about to make his return from beyond the grave.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: “Why would Georgie randomly mention that she didn’t check Elvis’s pulse!!! #OurGirl #elvisaintdead.”
Another added: “Wonder if Omar has Elvis and that’s what their all discussing as a deal on how to get Elvis back. Kingy never said anything about Georgie not checking his pulse or when she said she feels like he’s still alive. Makes sense on why the special forces haven’t killed Omar #ourgirl.”
