PETER Andre stripped off for a gruelling workout at his home gym today.
The 47-year-old took a break from looking after his four kids to do a 6k sprint for 45 minutes on the treadmill, before smashing a HIIT workout.
The Mysterious Girl singer took to his Instagram Stories to document how he burned 420 calories.
Stepping onto the treadmill, he wrote, "No sitting down on my a**e today,' before throwing himself into a 6k sprint.
He told his followers, "36 minutes I'm going hard," before adding, "When I sprint I sprint".
Not content with his run, Peter then cracked on with a HIIT workout, alternating between walking and sprinting.
"Stop start is always the best for me," he informed his fans.
Stripping off during the challenging workout, he shared a shirtless selfie at the end of his fitness session.
Peter's been busy looking after his kids Junior, 14, Princess, 12, Amelia, six, and Theo, three, while his NHS doctor wife Emily battles coronavirus on the frontlines.
On Tuesday, the reality star showed off his impressive home transformation after cooking and cleaning up after his brood.
In a series of videos the singer showed what his house looked 'before' his deep clean – with food everywhere and clothes strewn all over the floor.
But after Peter stacked the dishwasher, hoovered, cleaned the kitchen counters and tidied up in the living room, he proudly showed off his sparklingly clean abode.
Things haven't always gone too smoothly in the kitchen, however, as he spilled rice all over the counters during a dinner "disaster" earlier this week while Emily was at work.
He redeemed himself by whipping up some pizzas for the clan.
Peter declared: "I'm making pizzas for my kids while my son listens to Eminem. And this place is a mess I've got to clean up before Ems comes home."
Exhausted Emily is currently working on the frontlines as a junior doctor for the NHS.
Pete previously said Emily was his “hero” as she continues to fight the deadly virus at work.
The Mysterious Girl singer has tried to keep on top of the home life as they continue lockdown at home – including hiring a tutor for daughter Amelia.
Despite working inn the hospital, she's still getting stuck into home chores.
Last week Emily, 30, was seen letting loose with some moves – while entertaining their son Theo who was transfixed as she wiped down the hob to the strains of Faithless.
Wearing a pair of yellow gloves, she continued cleaning the kitchen at the same time as Peter watched on, stunned.
He wrote: "What is she on?" but he later succumbed to the craze himself.
