The split may come as a surprise to fans, as just a few months ago, she told Interview magazine she was "of course" in love with Hassan.
However, she seemed unsure about marrying her man.
The Umbrella singer is said to now be dating rapper A$AP Rocky, 31.
She posed with Asap on the red carpet at the British Fashion Awards in December.
And later that month she saw his show in Stockholm when he returned for a postponed gig.
