THINGS turned tense during last night's instalment of The Chase after one player made a move.
Amused viewers of the programme took to Twitter when they noticed a team-mate's obvious disapproval.
Bradley Walsh was back for another episode of the game show last night and welcomed new players Kat, Malcom, James and Jill.
But the atmosphere became frosty amongst the team-mates when Kat took the minus £1,000 offer from Chaser Shaun Wallace aka The Dark Destroyer.
Kat had only managed to rack up £2,000 in the cash-builder round, so she decided to go for the minus offer in a bid to reach the Final Chase.
Fellow contestants were clearly disappointed by her decision as minus offers are known to be low-risk and Bradley Walsh couldn't help but notice.

"You are through to the final. Now, let me tell you this. You'd have had one go at £2,000", the host said before spotting Kat's team-mate James wasn't happy.
"However, despite James' gaze boiling holes into the back of your head, let me tell you. If you beat the chaser by one, you're in. Simple as that."
Bradley could only cringe when faced with the awkward silence that ensued and Kat walked back to James and Malcolm who had already secured a place in the Final Chase.
Meanwhile on Twitter, ITV viewers commented on the moment and held no punches back.

"James is FUMING", one fan wrote as a second added: "Nah James is fuming."
"Almost hard to watch! James not a happy chappy. I only turned on when Kat was being chased, and saw they only had £6k at that point. So James can't have done that well himself", a third viewer wrote.
Another penned: "James' face" and added a cringing emoji.
On screen, however, James kept it cool in spite of showing his disapproval.
He found it in him to shake Kat's hand as she made her way back to her team-mates and even smiled as Bradley Walsh tried to ease the tension.

The team gained £6,000 in the pot, meaning the three players would have been able to bring home £1,600 each – a small amount compared to previous winners.
But nothing could help the contestants as all three of them were eventually caught in the Final Chase.
