Who’s in the Hightown cast? All the stars in the new series – The Sun

NEW TV show Hightown is set to hit screens this month, and will premiere on STARZ.

  • Monica Raymund – Jackie Quinones

Raymund graduated from the Juilliard School in New York, and participated in Ann Reinking's Broadway Theatre Project for three years.

Her first on-screen was in the crime drama Lie to Me, she also appeared in CBS drama The Good Wife.

  • James Badge Dale – Ray Abruzzo

Badge Dale's parents were in the showbiz industry

James Badge Dale was born into a show business family , his father was a choreographer, and his mother was an actress.

He studied acting at Manhattanville College, Manhattan.

His first big break came in 2003, when he was cast in the role of Chase Edmunds on the hit TV series 24.

  • Shane Harper – Junior McCarthy

Harper was born in La Jolla neighborhood of San Diego, California.

He is of Austrian, German, Jewish, and Scottish descent.

Harper is known for his roles in Good Luck Charlie and in the independent Christian film God's Not Dead.

  • Riley Voelkel – Renee Segna

Voelkel was born in Canada, but raised in the US.

She moved to Los Angeles to model, but soon after, she joined an acting class recommended by an agent.

Voelkel's first role was of a club girl in The Social Network, winning the part by audition.

  • Amaury Nolasco – Frankie Cuevas

Nolasco originally studied biology at the University of Puerto Rico with the hope of becoming a doctor.

His aspirations changed when a casting director recruited him to appear in a commercial.

He has since appeared as a cast regular in hit-show Prison Break, and appeared in film franchise Fast and Furious.

  • Dohn Norwood – Alan Saintille

Norwood received a Bachelor of Arts degree from  Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, then went on to receive his Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego.

After his education, he travelled to Dakar, Senegal in West Africa, where he performed a one-man show centred on his childhood, growing up in Indianapolis.

The show received rave reviews from critics across Europe, and several West African countries.

  • Mike Pniewski – Ed Murphy

Pniewski was born in Los Angeles, California.

His education began at UCLA, where he graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theater.

He is known for his role in hit-TV series Law & Order: Criminal Intent, he has also been seen on the Emmy Award-winning HBO series, Recount.
