A Place in the Sun host Laura Hamilton, 40, took a break from assisting guests with finding their dream homes and followed the advice of Strictly’s Tess Daly, 53, instead, who recommended the perfect holiday location for her.
Together with luxury swimwear brand Naia Beach co-founder Gayle Lawton, Tess suggested Laura try out the Rixos The Palm hotel in the UAE.
Lounging on the beach contentedly while clad in their brand, Laura thanked them for “recommending such an amazing place” and vowed she would be “living in @naia_beach all week”.
True to her word, she showed off a skimpy zebra-patterned bikini in one photoshoot, and a bright red halterneck bralet from the brand in another.
Her idyllic surroundings offered panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, but Laura wasn’t being entirely self-indulgent as she swapped lazing on the sandy beach for lifting weights on it instead, helped by her attentive children.

Amid her stream of bikini photoshoots, Laura Hamilton was also keen to keep her impeccable figure in shape by lifting hefty-looking weights as she reclined on the sand.

Laura Hamilton has two kids – Rocco and Tahlia, whom she shares with ex-husband Alex Goward. The pair split last year after spending a decade together. Rocco looked particularly keen to assist in the A Place in the Sun star’s weight training session, staying close by her side as he clutched a drink.

Barefoot and beach ready, Laura Hamilton was clad in a bright red halterneck bikini and floaty pair of white trousers as she celebrated Aperol Hour during her down time. “Enjoying the chilled tunes and loving the vibe of this place!” she enthused to her 176,000 followers.

The ever-energetic Laura Hamilton joined daughter Tahlia for the pair’s first ever trampoline fitness class – and judging by the video footage, which saw both sporting giant grins, they enjoyed the experience.

Just days earlier, the globetrotting star had been filming for A Place in the Sun, visiting the iconic sand dunes and modelling clothing that was perfectly suited to the winter sun.
