Love Island star Amy Hart has hit out at a cruel troll who sent her a direct message on Instagram to criticise her looks and tell her she needs “tidying up”.
The 26 year old reality star shared the screenshot of the shocking message on her Instagram story and hit at the the troll, who insisted at the end of the lengthy note that she “doesn't want to be nasty“.
The message from the anonymous Instagram user read: “U can see the tapes in the back of your hair look like it’s over grown and needs lots of blond bits in.
“and your nails are over grown they would look tidier cute and your teeth need sorted out any you said you got cosmetic surgery on them you should get some nice thin veneers Amy”. [sic]
The lengthy message continued: “you’d look better not saying bit to be nasty because I don’t want to be nasty to you.
“I’m not about that it’s just it all needs tidying up that’s the first thing people notice on you we can see it all”. [sic]

Writing below the screenshot, Amy, who recently opened up about plans to freeze her eggs, hit back at the scathing comment as she asked her 1.3million Instagram followers: “Wonder what she’d say if she was being nasty?!?!”
Clearly annoyed by the comment, the reality star later posted a video to hit back at the comments about her “overgrown” hair.
Speaking in the short clip, where Amy wears a whit dressing gown and her hair up, she says: “So apparently, when I’m at home, in the comfort of my own home, I’m not allowed to just chill out – and it’s called balayage, darling, balayage!”

The reality star recently made a public appeal for Love Island fans to “play nice” with the new contestants as they entered the villa for the new series, which launched last week.
In the lengthy post on her Instagram story, Amy pleaded with her followed to think about the islanders friends and family before “tweeting something nasty”.
She added: “Think how you’d feel if you read something about someone in your life. Before you send a death threat into someone’s dm’s think how their best friend, sibling, or whoever it is running their account will feel reading that”.

She ended her message with: “Enjoy the series everyone and play nice xx”.
Amy's sentiments were backed joined by Molly-Mae who told Love Island fans on Twitter to "stop trolling" the twins Eve and Jess Gale after a throwback photo of them emerged online.
