Chanelle Hayes has been praised by fans after sharing snaps of her real body alongside heavily filtered versions on Instagram.
The Big Brother star, 34, shared a post to mark National Stress Awareness day, which featured side-by-side photographs of her in her underwear as she aimed to remind her followers that "social media is not real".
Chanelle could be seen posing in a black underwear set as she went make-up free, while another photo had been heavily edited and airbrushed.
"I thought I would pot this to try and remind you guys that SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT REAL and things are so easily edited so please try not to stress and compare yourself or your life," she began her post.
She added: "BE KIND TO YOUR MIND. It's something I have to remind myself daily because I subconsciously compare the chosen snapshot of life on people's social media to my whole life warts and all. It's unkind of me to do it to myself, but I do.
"Sending love, stretch marks, grey hairs and messy imperfection to you all," Chanelle signed off her caption with a red heart emoji.
Many of her followers flocked to compliment her, with one person writing: "Naturally beautiful," alongside a fire emoji.
