Chloe Ferry has denied that she’s engaged to Johnny Wilbo, and insisted that she’s “taking things slow” with her new boyfriend.
The Geordie Shore star is said to have been dating Johnny for a few months now, and things between the pair seem to be going well – so much so that Johnny got Chloe’s name tattooed across his neck.
Earlier this month, the pair jetted off to Turkey together for a romantic getaway, but the 26 year old went on to take to her Instagram stories to reveal the news that they were unable to board their plane from Istanbul to LA after they failed to get the appropriate visas to enter the USA.
She wrote over the video that she was “devastated” that they were unable to fly to LA and announced that she was “going to get mortal” as she showed off her sparkling ring.
Chloe’s since denied that the pair are set to wed, despite being very loved up.
“No engagement. Not yet,” she told OK! Online. “If he could actually marry me tomorrow he probably would, but I want to take things slow to be honest.
“I feel like every time you rush something it never goes right, but if he could marry me tomorrow he would, but I’ve said I want it slow. It’s not even been a year.”
Chloe went on: “My relationships in the past have all been rushed, and when it’s rushed it never goes right. That’s why I’ve asked to chill this relationship and see how it goes and stuff like that.”
With Chloe wanting to take things slow, the reality TV star shared that she wants to wait another couple of years before settling down and having children.
When asked if seeing her fellow cast mates like Marnie Simpson and Charlotte Crosby getting pregnant makes her broody or not, Chloe said: “I’ve got a big family so I’m obviously around kids all the time like my niece and nephew, so it does make me broody.”
“I think it would get anyone broody,” she went on. “But, like I’ve said before, I don’t want to have kids until, like, two years time.”
Addressing her previous comments about one day wanting to have ten kids, Chloe quipped: “I don’t think I could do ten now. I might just have to have nine.”
Chloe also revealed to OK! why she wasn’t at Holly Hagan’s lavish Ibiza wedding, and said that she’d been on a family holiday.
“I was in Bodrum [Turkey] as I had a family holiday, so I couldn’t go,” Chloe said.
Squashing any reports of bad blood between her and Holly, she continued: “Obviously I spoke to her to wish her well, but I was on a family holiday that was already planned.”
