Her new brunette locks swayed in the wind, and she opted for a casual everyday makeup look, which included a nude lip.

She surveyed the front of her new shop, before entering the premises and putting on her face mask which she was holding in her hard.

After speaking to the builders who were hard at work, Chloe later left the shop and returned to her car.

The shop is understood to be the new, larger, premises for her successful beauty salon, called CM House of Aesthetics, which began in 2019.

The reality star's sighting comes after she opened up about feeling down ahead of a monumental life change.

Taking to her Instagram stories, she apologised for not being active on social media and admitted she was "having one of those days."

"I'm so excited to go downstairs, do a workout, take the dog for a walk and get some work done."

Chloe went on to urge her followers not to hard on themselves if they're feeling low and to try and force themselves to be active and not stay in bed.

"Just to let you know it's okay to have a down day. I had one yesterday. I had an early night and I've woken up fresh as a daisy today.

"A bit of advice as well if you are having a bit of a down day the worst thing you can do is just stay in bed, that's what I used to do.

She divulged: "My house is going on the market so if anyone wants to buy it drop us a DM. It's gonna be weird people coming to view it."
