Heather Locklear is avoiding jail time after her sentencing stemming from two arrests in 2018.
The 57-year-old actress pled no contest to eight misdemeanors, including six involving battery on a police officer or EMT, in court on Friday (August 16).
According to TMZ, the judge sentenced her to 30 days in a residential mental health facility and three years of informal probation during which she must not possess weapons, non-prescribed medications or alcohol.
Heather must enroll in the 30-day treatment program by September 6th.
If she does not complete the program, she could face up to 120 days in jail.
Heather has been getting professional help laying low since her incidents last year, which also included hospitalization and a rehab stay.
