Holly Willoughby fed up as This Morning Phillip Schofield feud rumours continue

They are the nation’s favourite daytime TV duo, but as accusations against Phillip Schofield continue, it has put a strain on his friendship with This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby.

Phil, 57, and Holly, 38, have had a successful partnership as co-hosts for the last decade. The pair have fronted This Morning for the past 10 years, with viewers tuning in to see the two’s friendship and camaraderie.

As well as fronting the daytime TV show, Phil and Holly have also hosted Dancing On Ice together from 2006-2011 and again from 2018 when the hit show returned on screens after a four year hiatus.

Not only do Phil and Holly have a great working relationship but the duo are also firm friends, often going on holidays together, alongside their spouses, Phil’s wife Steph and Holly’s husband Dan.

But with pressure mounting on Phil after complaints regarding his behaviour, it seems Holly is in a difficult situation.

New magazine's insider said: “Everyone’s been on edge at the studio. Holly has been quieter than usual and despite them ignoring the elephant in the room, it’s clear she and Phil are tense when the cameras stop rolling.”

The source adds: “It seems they’re still trying to put on a show for the staff – they want to give the appearance of a united front – but Holly occasionally slips and she just looks really unhappy and fed up.”

According to our insider, Phil and Holly have stopped laughing together on set and once shooting has wrapped, they both go straight back to their own dressing rooms rather than hanging out together like they did before.

“A lot of the staff on the show feel nervous and are trying to keep everyone happy, but when Phil and Holly’s backs are turned it’s all anyone’s talking about. Phil isn’t popular with some of the staff at the show” new's source said.

Not letting the recent rift rumours get to him, Phil recently posted a picture of himself from the filming of the Christmas special of Dancing On Ice. Phil, who is suited and booted is beaming brightly as he stands next to a colourful Christmas tree in the studio.
