Holly Willoughby promotes products from her WYLDE MOON range
Holly Willoughby has been holidaying in Portugal ahead of her return to This Morning in September – and she was looking chic in her recent Instagram post, thanks to her stylist picking out a selection of summery dresses for her.
The Wylde Moon post read: “With the whole of August stretching ahead of us, Holly’s stylist @danniiwhiteman has picked her favourite summer dresses from the UK high street.”
In the main photo shared with the account’s 180,000 followers, the 42-year-old TV host rocked a white choker-style dress with a belt to accentuate and flatter her waist.
Danielle also suggested a range of other outfits for followers from the likes of Zara, New Look, ASOS and Oasis, not to mention pricier options from online brands such as House of CB.
The selection wouldn’t have been complete without a neon pink number to match the current Barbiecore trend, which Danielle said was her “current obsession”, so she picked a satin one out from Warehouse as an example.

Meanwhile, it looks as though the star has been using her down time in Portugal to tap into her spirituality, with the Wylde Moon site quizzing: “Ever been aware that you’re dreaming, and then able to feel like you were controlling your dream a bit?
“Lucid Dreaming is exactly that. It’s fun, explorative, and can be quite therapeutic.”
The post promised there were “proven ways” to have more dreams, and offered up an article from an “expert dream decoder” to find out how to encourage the required brainwave state.
Fans responded with their own experiences, including one who claimed she’d always been able to practise the art.

“I had been lucid dreaming for years assuming that it was completely normal and what everyone else was experiencing in their dreams too.
“That was until it was brought up in conversation and I was like, hold on 1 minute… you mean not everyone does this??” @danni_doran explained.
This isn’t the first time Holly has addressed the topic of vivid dreams, having invited a decoder to talk through the subconscious meanings of them during one of last year’s episodes of This Morning.
On an earlier installment of the show, during a chat with Ben Shephard, she also divulged that she’d had lucid nightmares, having to urgently tell herself: “Wake up, it’s just a dream!”
Meanwhile, Holly is enjoying a much-needed holiday, having suffered shingles earlier in the year, and the stress of negative coverage of This Morning after her former co-host Phillip Schofield revealed he’d had an “unwise, but not illegal” affair with a younger male colleague.
Last month, Holly also lost her husband’s mum Sandra, penning a tribute post in honour of her life and writing fondly: “Sleep well.”
She continued: “Thank you for your guidance, advice and bottomless Prosecco. Thank you for raising the incredible man I’m married to.
“I see your strength everyday in our children… Be at peace…Love you,” she sadly concluded.
