Holly Willoughby documented her “icy journey” with fans before taking the plunge in a freezing bath.
Holly Willoughby, 42, is “finally beginning her icy journey” after being inspired by Wim Hof and their BBC show, Freeze the Fear.
The This Morning presenter looked amazing as she donned a colourful long-sleeved swimsuit.
As she plunged herself into the bath, Holly flashed a hint of her tiny waist and toned legs before immersing herself in the icy water.
Holly could be seen breathing heavily before jumping out of the tub, telling fans that she felt “incredible”.
She wrote: “Right let’s begin this icy journey! After working with @iceman_hof and the whole #freezethefear team, it’s taken a year, but I’m finally doing it for you… didn’t last long but build up slowly right?
“Wow, that was bl**dy cold but I did feel incredible after…I did it!”
