Hunter Biden’s lawyers want to pull out of his paternity case

Three lawyers representing Hunter Biden against a paternity suit in Arkansas filed court papers Monday to withdraw from the case, according to a new report.

The papers filed by former Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel and two other attorneys cite an unspecified “irreconcilable conflict” and also say Biden’s “personal attorney” told them they were fired, the Arkansas Democrat Gazette said.

The motion was filed moments before a hearing on the case in Batesville, Arkansas, the paper said.

Biden — the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, the Democratic front-runner to challenge President Trump next year — did not show up for the hearing, which was attended by Lunden Alexis Roberts, who claims Hunter fathered the child she gave birth to in August 2018.

Hunter, 49, has denied having sex with Roberts, 28, but court papers she filed last month said that DNA testing proved his paternity.
