Jacqueline Jossa told her fans that she is “full of cold” and tiredness as she posted a picture while make-up free to show fans the real her.
In the snap, Jacqueline lounges on a sofa in a grey jumper as she rests her hand on top of her head, with her brunette hair pulled back into a ponytail.
The 27 year old urged her followers to be as kind to themselves as they are to her, as she wrote about “rough days”, weeks after her I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! win.

Jacqueline wrote in her caption: “OKAY… let’s be real for a sec yeah? I am Unwell the cold has finally hit me. I realised, I spent a month in front of you guys with 0 make up on and bites all over my face, crying like a baby.. but Atleast I was open and real with you guys.
“Then I come back and post loads of glam pictures DONT GET ME WRONG! I love a glam moment or 2!!
“If I am feeling myself I shall post a picture about it (it’s a rare occasion when you have kids!) But a lot of the time I look like this… plane JANE!! Terrible bags because I’m SO tired and full of cold!
“You lot can be so kind to me and then so mean to yourselves. Be nice to yourselves!! we all have rough days lovers!
“In other news I have a super fun announcement tomorrow so I need to pull my act together and take all the medicine I’m aloud too! I need to look CUTE!! So much love.” [sic]
It comes after Jacqueline was forced to defend leaving her two daughters, Ella and Mia at home to appear in the Australian jungle last month, revealing she faced backlash over her decision to leave them with her husband Dan Osborne.
Admitting that being a mother is “tough”, former EastEnders actress Jacqueline opened up on spending three weeks away from Mia, who is 18 months, and Ella, four.
She shared a snap of herself in a fluffy white dressing gown with her adorable youngest daughter, who is seen playing with a makeup brush while sitting in front of her.
She wrote: "How mothers try and get dressed in the morning. Every single morning without fail I am joined by one of [the] children.

"Being a mum is tough, even when you feel like you haven't been your best self that day, and you are tired and need a rest, even when you feel like you've done nothing to warrant feeling a break!"
She added: "If you made it through another year of parenting WELL DONE!! Leaving my babies to go into the jungle was the HARDEST thing I have ever had to do, and every single day I thought about them, some may criticise me for leaving them, that’s okay.
"You won’t understand my reasons, but I want to create a better life for them I want to be able to be at home and work, have date nights and family nights. [sic]

Jacqueline – who has urged fans to embrace their wobbly bits – continued: ”I went into the jungle for myself, an experience I will never forget. I learnt so much and have become and even better mummy for it.
"I wanted to be able to be at home more, earn money to put into my business and hopefully open doors to new adventures, which I have done, so my risk of leaping into jungle life was the right decision for me. My babies still love me and it was all worth it!
"I guess what I’m trying to say is, If it’s for the right reasons, do it. feel the fear and do it anyway!"
