Stacey Solomon jokes Joe will be ‘lucky’ to get birthday card
Joe Swash is marking his 39th birthday in lockdown today and although he is now one step closer to reaching his milestone 40th birthday, he didn’t take too kindly to his girlfriend Stacey Solomon, 31, teasing him about his age. The Dancing On Ice 2020 champion light-heartedly issued a warning to his fiancée last night, informing her that if she dares to get him a 40th birthday card, their relationship could be “over”.
It comes after Stacey admitted that she had forgotten her beau’s big day, forcing her to make last minute preparations last night after he brought it up.
In a video shared with the Loose Women panellist’s four million Instagram followers yesterday evening, she could be seen urging Joe to get an early night so she could carry on organising everything for his birthday.
She told him: “Get an early night ahead of your big day tomorrow.”
“It’s a big day,” the former EastEnders actor remarked.

Stacey then replied: “I don’t know why you’re trying to stay up!”
“39,” Joe exclaimed, while musing about his celebrations.
“My God, are you 39?” Stacey teased, as she pretended to be surprised.
However, Joe was less than impressed with Stacey’s joke.
He cheekily hit back: “If you’ve got me a 40 card, I promise you, that is it.
“We’re over!”
“You’ll be lucky if you get a card,” the mum-of-three giggled in response.
She added in the caption of the funny clip: “I really need him to go to sleep soon so I can open the Amazon parcel and see what random stuff Joe’s getting for his birthday tomorrow [laughing face emoji].”

Stacey had previously let her fans in on a secret, as she admitted “losing track” of Joe’s birthday.
Secretly filming her husband-to-be, the actor could be heard saying he was “excited” about his day.
In the clip, Stacey pretended she hadn’t forgotten, and told him it’ll be a “good” one complete with a “surprise”.
Captioning the video, she wrote: “Omg biggest bombshell ever. This lockdown has made me lose track of EVERYTHING. I completely forgot it’s Joe’s birthday tomorrow.
“I’ve instantly muted him from my stories and I’m on Amazon as we speak.”
Stacey followed up her post by telling fans she was making a card with an ink pad, while Joe was in the shower.
Making her creation sentimental, she inked son Rex’s foot and put the imprint on a piece of paper to make the card.
“Found a nice quote on Pinterest,” she wrote as a further clip showed her writing in his card from their one-year-old son together, Rex.
The couple also have older sons from previous relationships.
