Kanye West posts his very long beef list, including his drama with Peppa Pig

While the current Kanye West drama is about how he wants to stay married to Kim Kardashian and bring his goons to SNL to beat up (or kill) Pete Davidson, people should remember that Kanye’s always had beefs. Before Kim and Pete, Kanye was beefing with… Drake, Taylor Swift, George W. Bush (“George Bush doesn’t care about Black people”) and a lot more. Even in the midst of Kanye’s beef with Kim and Pete, he’s managed to drag Kid Cudi and Billie Eilish. In case anyone was wondering just how many beefs Kanye’s had over the years, he posted this list (which was created by Hip Hop by the Numbers):

Okay, I remember most of these, but Denis Haysbert? And Harriet Tubman would like to be excluded from this narrative. Legit forgot how much he hates Jimmy Kimmel, no disrespect to Ben Affleck. As you can see, Kanye captioned this IG with the comment that his actual beef list is a lot longer, and it includes people like Barack Obama (who called him a jackass), Hillary Clinton (sigh) and of course, Black History Month.

The name on this list that had people laughing their asses off was Peppa Pig. That beef is more recent and it involves Pitchfork, which obviously does music reviews. From September 2020:

In a tweet — which has since been deleted, to be clear — the show’s official Twitter account trolled the hip-hop artist because his latest record, “Donda,” landed a 6.0 rating on the music publication Pitchfork. “Peppa’s Adventures: The Album,” in contrast, earned a respectable 6.5 score.

“Peppa didn’t need to host listening parties in Mercedes-Benz Stadium to get that .5,” the tweet said, referring to West’s listening event at the the football stadium in Atlanta in July. He then lived inside the stadium while he worked to complete “Donda,” his 10th studio album.

The text was accompanied by a pair of emojis — a dropped microphone and a pig snout — as well as side-by-side pictures of the Pitchfork reviews, according to people who shared screenshots of the tweet before it was deleted.

LMAO. I mean, some of this sh-t it legitimately funny. That being said, some of it is legitimately terrifying too. If you have this kind of extensive beef list of most of the music industry, all of SNL, Jeff Bezos, Barack Obama, Apple and everyone else… I don’t know, maybe the problem is YOU? Like, I have a beef list but it’s only a few names. LAURA DERN.
