Kate Ferdinand has spoken out about suffering from "bad anxiety" throughout her pregnancy.
The 29 year old, who recently shut down a troll accusing her of faking complaints over maternity pyjamas, took to her Instagram story to post a sweet photo of herself showcasing her blossoming baby bump.
The snap showed the former The Only Way Is Essex star posing in the mirror as she wore an all-black ensemble complete with a v-neck top and flared black jeans alongside a pair of white trainers.

Over it, the blonde beauty joked to her 1.3million followers that she was finally able to dress up and get herself together after dealing with many nights without sleep.
"Managed to get my self together (Sort of [laughing emoji]) after a few very sleepless night…." she said.
Kate, who recently showed off her baby bump in a skin-tight top as she stepped out with husband Rio, continued: "Thank you to all of the mums and mums to be who have sent me messages over the last few days – being pregnant for the first time can feel overwhelming at times it's nice to have advice and support from others".

"I'm suffering with quite bad anxiety at the minute I'm feeling very overwhelmed…." she went on to say.
The stunning star added: "so grateful to be pregnant and have 3 beautiful kids in my life but in all honesty I'm exhausted and half term is taking it out of me," [sic] followed by a sad face emoji.
Before signing off, she asked her loyal followers if any of them feel the same.

It comes as Kate recently spoke out about her pregnancy struggles as she posted a quote on her Instagram stories that read: "My mind has too many tabs open."
Underneath the quote, she expressed her dissatisfaction about not being able to sleep for another night.
"Another sleepless night. Is this a pregnancy thing?!" she asked her followers. "My sleep has been so bad recently I feel like a zombie," Kate explained.

This isn't the first time the blonde beauty has opened up about her struggles during her pregnancy.
In September, Kate wrote on Instagram: "Although in my last few posts I've been dressed up…. today I felt I had to share my reality of being pregnant day to day.
"I don't feel comfy in anything but leggings and a vest right now, and by the end of the day even the leggings are swapped for PJ bottoms!!"
