Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway joined her co-star Ben Shephard on the show for the first time in four months today. Kate put on a brave face on the live show as she addressed the nation with today’s latest news topics.
Tonight, she took to Instagram to thank her team for their support.
The presenter shared a behind-the-scenes picture of herself and Ben on her Instagram page, in view of her 882,000 followers.
She captioned her picture: “Well I survived my 1st day back without crashing the show thanks to the brilliant @benshephardofficial, the whole wonderful @gmb team & all of YOUR patience!!
“Thanks so much for your incredibly kind messages. Means such a lot.”
Giving a positive update about her husband, she added: “Derek had a stable day too so [Fingers crossed and prayers emojis].
“See you at 6 am tomorrow xxx.”
