Katie Price and Carl Woods visited by police after fan reports them for takeaway

Carl Woods has revealed he and Katie Price had the police at their door one again after a fan reported them for going out to pick up a takeaway.

The car salesman, 32, shared his frustration with his followers after he and Katie, 42, made the 45-minute drive to pick up food from Sheesh in Essex for them and Katie’s children.

He said on his Instagram story: ‘So I just had the police back at the door again. This time because we had Sheesh takeaway last night and someone reported us saying it’s “unessential” that we went to Sheesh to get takeaway.

‘What is wrong with you people? You’re just wasting police time. I’m just going to carry on, living the way that I live and so is Kate because we’re doing nothing wrong. Come on now.’

The couple had also avoided a fine after police visited them about a 150-mile trip for a photoshoot on Valentine’s Day weekend.

Current lockdown rules state that everyone must remain in their local area, only leaving their house for essential reasons or to work if they can’t work from home.

Katie and Carl had travelled to a log cabin in Shropshire for the weekend where they told police they were staying for a photoshoot for work.

A spokesperson for Henlle Hall where they stayed told the Daily Mail that the couple were there for a photoshoot ‘at no charge’, adding: ‘’The police arrived at the hall… spoke with both Katie and Carl and left shortly after.’

Katie had previously downplayed the visit, claiming that Carl had set up the log cabin in his back garden for her.

The mother-of-five told The Sun: ‘I never expected all of this. There’s a cabin in the garden and the decorations are unbelievable.

‘So much thought has gone into it and he didn’t get anything for free – he designed and paid for it all himself.’
