Former glamour model Katie Price has left many fans excited after she hinted that she would be up for appearing on a future series of hit BBC show Strictly Come Dancing.
The 45-year-old took to her Instagram this week to share a photoshopped image of her superimposed in the famous Strictly Ballroom.
In the image she is being swung around with her heels against the floor with famous professional dancing partner Graziano Di Prima.
For the caption, Katie wrote: "GET KATIE ON STRICTLY 2023."
But that is not all as she also shared the image to the official Instagram page for her podcast The Katie Price Show with the caption: "Yesssss Strictly."
Many fans of the mum-of-three reacted to these hints and seemed very keen for her to appear on the hit show, which sees celebrities take to the dance floor with professional dancing partners in a bid to win the coveted trophy.
In reaction to the post, one person wrote: "Omg yes… can you imagine?"
While another excited fan added: "Yessss this would be iconic."
A third fan penned: "I'd actually watch it and I never watch Strictly."
Another fan reacted: "Katie Price would attract multitudes of viewers (even those who don't like her). Even her haters can't resist following her on social media."
However, not everyone was quite so on board with the idea of Katie appearing on the show.
As somebody stated: "I thought she had poor feet? She has no chance of getting on that show. None."
While another added: "No please don't."
This is not the first time rumours have circulated about her appearing on the hit TV show . Back in 2020 there were reportedly talks going on between both parties but it was not meant to be.
Her ex-husband Peter Andre, who she met while on ITV show I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, has previously appeared in the competition in 2015 and he made it as far as week 10 before getting eliminated.
Back in 2020 bookies gave her a 16-1 chance of winning the competition and Coral's John Hill said at the time: "Katie's ex-husband Peter Andre had a stint on Strictly in 2015 and our betting suggests she may do the same this year."
But as her part in the competition never came into fruition, maybe she will have to wait until this year to get her place.
The last series of the competition was won by Hamza Yassin and his partner Jowita Przystal but we are yet to find out who will be appearing on the next series.
