Katie Price has been lounging in a bikini and highlighting her 14th boob job while on holiday in Thailand, but one body language expert thinks her fiancé Carl Woods "isn't into" the results of her latest surgery.
The 43 year old, who recently struggled to hold back tears as she got a massive tattoo tribute to her mum Amy, was seen resting on the side of a boat dressed in a white skirt and peach-coloured bikini, bringing attention to her chest, in photos obtained by The Mirror.
Carl, 32, could be seen lying down next to her dressed in a grey vest and a pair of shorts as well as sunglasses on as he smiled for the camera.
While it appears as though the couple are having a grand time in the sunny destination, body language expert Judi James has shared that she believes Carl is less than thrilled about the results of Katie's recent boob job.
Speaking to the publication, she said: "Carl just doesn’t look connected to Katie in these poses. If she is now looking like every man’s dream she doesn’t seem to be attracting his eye-attention.
"His smile when he poses looks weak and one hand on his own chest is balled into a fist-shape, hinting at tension."
She went on to share that his smile appeared to fade and he appeared "bordering on bored" when she started chatting to him about something.
Judi went on to dissect Katie's face expression as well, she said the former glamour model's new smile "does not suggest the kind of inner happiness or external fun her fans would love to see her enjoying."
She continued: "With her wide tooth display and her raised brows and ‘excited’ eye expression it appears more like an ‘over-kill’ gesture that has been created as an over-congruent, over-emphatic signal of ongoing resilience and determination."
A source has told OK! that Katie had the breast surgery in Zurich whilst on her way to Thailand, where she's flown out to film for her OnlyFans page.

The source said: "Katie had a boob job in Europe before she flew out to Thailand with Carl. She flew from Zurich to Vietnam after she underwent further augmentation procedures, recovering from her operation and then flying onto their tropical destination to film for her OnlyFans content."
They continued: "Katie has taken her boobs back to Jordan days – she hopes she can recreate her fame from the attention her massive boobs get her.
"A pal noted that she’s also had some more work done elsewhere with fat. It appears it has been put into her bottom. We can see the telltale signs her belly button has been redone and repositioned too."

Friends, including her family, are becoming more and more worried about Katie's health, according to our source, after having "more than 15 surgical operations" in the last two years.
They said: "Katie’s H cups will have terrible effects on her back. It’s a worrying and dangerous time for her.
"She seems to be actually changing the form of her body. She doesn't look like Katie anymore. She’s becoming something else entirely."
