Kevin Spacey channels House Of Cards character again as calls for ‘kindness’

Kevin Spacey has taken to his YouTube account again for a really strange Christmas video.

The 60 year old, who has faced various allegations of sexual misconduct, posted a different video at the same time last year after his career hit the rocks following the accusations.

In this new one, titled KTWK, he once again channels the ruthless, cut throat politician he portrayed in Netflix's House Of Cards.

Sat beside a roaring fire, "Frank" told the camera: "You didn't really think I was going to miss the opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas, did you?

"It's been a pretty good year, and I'm grateful to have my health back. And in light of that, I've made some changes in my life and I'd like to invite you to join me."

He continued to elaborate on what he wants to see from 2020.

"As we walk into 2020," he added, "I want to cast my vote for more good in this world.

"Ah yes, I know what you're thinking. Can he be serious? I'm dead serious. And it's not that hard, trust me.

"The next time someone does something you don't like, you can go on the attack. But you can also hold your fire and do the unexpected. You can kill them with kindness."

The twice-Oscar winner faced the allegations of sexual misconduct as the Harvey Weinstein scandal rocked Hollywood.

US prosecutors dropped a case earlier this year accusing Spacey of groping a teenager in a bar in 2016 – which he denied.

The Old Vic Theatre in London, at which Spacey was artistic director between 2004 and 2015, found 20 people claiming he'd displayed inappropriate behaviour toward them.
