Kristin Cavallari filed legal documents with the courts in her divorce from Jay Cutler…and she’s accusing him of “misconduct” in their marriage.
The 33-year-old Very Cavallari star apparently said the 36-year-old former NFL player “is guilty of such inappropriate marital conduct as renders further cohabitation unsafe and improper,” TMZ reports.
She added that “any misconduct alleged or implied against her in the complaint for divorce was in response to and/or as a result of misconduct on behalf of the Husband.”
She also said the reasons for divorce are “inappropriate marital conduct” and “irreconcilable differences.”
In addition, Jay has listed their date of separation as April 21, while Kristin is saying it is April 7. April 7 is the rumored date the couple came back from their vacation in the Bahamas, where they were quarantined for a while.
Kristin wants primary custody of their three kids, saying, “she denies that Husband has always been the available at home parent and primary caretaker of the parties’ minor children. Wife would show that she has been the primary residential parent …” Meanwhile, Jay‘s court documents say that, “Husband has always been the available at-home parent and the primary caretaker of the parties minor children.”
