One user took the opportunity to take a dig at Kylie and friends Anastasia Karanikolaou, Sofia Villarroel, Yris Palmer, Carter Gregory, and Victoria Villarroel after seeing their costumes. The follower wrote, “SOMEONE SAID PLASTIC RANGERS PLEASEEEE,” seemingly hinting that Kylie’s appearance is “plastic.” She clapped back with “and we love recycling.”

This is the second time a KarJenner got dragged this week. Kim Kardashian posted photos of her lavish 40th birthday party in Tahiti that she threw with 20 or 25 of her closest friends amid the pandemic. She spent $1 million to fly her family and friends on a private jet, Page Six reveals.
Kim shared multiple photos from the trip on Instagram and Twitter, in which you can clearly see that the group isn’t wearing masks or social distancing. It’s also worth pointing out that Kylie and her friends also weren’t social distancing or wearing masks in their Halloween photos.

Kim wrote in her caption that the group underwent “multiple health screens” and that she asked “everyone to quarantine,” but fans were still bothered by the post. “Read the room Kim,” one IG follower wrote. Another commented, “Wow. Are you really clueless enough to post this now??! Wow.” One follower added, “Did the pandemic go away?! Omg wish someone would’ve told me we could have massive parties.”
Now, Kylie might come under the same scrutiny. According to another Page Six report, she is attending a huge bash on Halloween. The source reveals that the party’s guest list includes 100 people, not including plus ones. If she does attend this party that means she’ll be in violation of California’s new COVID-19 restrictions.

The new guidelines apply to “meetings or other events that bring together people from different households at the same time in a single space, or place.” You’re not allowed to have a gathering of more than three households (which definitely wouldn’t be possible at a party with more than 100 guests).
It’s clear that these rules are mandatory—not suggestions. So, if Kylie does attend the Halloween bash, she’ll be breaking California law.
