Kylie Jenner is finally opening up about undergoing cosmetic surgery!
In Thursday’s all-new episode of the family’s Hulu series The Kardashians, the reality star sat down with her friend Stassie Karanikolaou for an honest conversation about beauty standards and how her feelings have changed now that she’s a momma. For starters, the Kylie Cosmetics founder is finally revealing she underwent a boob job at just 19 years old in 2017 (after years of denying speculation about plastic surgery), revealing:
“You know I got my breasts done before Stormi. Within six months of having Stormi — not thinking I would have a child when I was 20 — like, they were still healing.”
Wow! So young to be getting a boob job!
Looking back, the now-25-year-old regrets having the procedure done, she dished:
“I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits. Just gorgeous, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.”
It’s not just that she misses her old chest, she also wishes she could set a different example for her children, Stormi, 5, and Aire, 17 months. She explained:
“Obviously I have a daughter. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19. And she’s the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom and best example for her. And I just wish I could, like, be her and do it all differently, because I wouldn’t touch anything.”
So interesting how parenthood has completely changed her opinions on plastic surgery! But, honestly, she was SO young when she got her boob job, it’s no surprise she has mixed feelings now.

The model is on a roll with getting candid about beauty these days. In a previous episode of the show, she called out the fact she’s noticing “so many young girls on the internet now fully editing” their photos — something her family has been blasted for time and time again, by the way! She reflected:
“I went through that stage too and I feel like I’m in a better place, but other people can still instill insecurities in you.”
Kylie is seemingly discussing all this now so publicly because she doesn’t want the narrative that she was an “insecure child” to “be a part of my story,” she shared:
“One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was like this insecure child, and I got so much surgery to change my whole face — which is false. I’ve only gotten fillers.”
Well, it was false about her face! But fans were apparently right to be skeptical about whether or not she changed something about her appearance. Nevertheless, the socialite concluded:
“I’ve always loved myself, I still love myself. I’ll always want everyone to love themselves.”
In a now-controversial interview with HommeGirls in April, the brunette beauty also reflected on how her children (both of whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott) are helping her love herself more, expressing:
“It’s made me love myself more. I see my features in my daughter and my son now, but you know, my daughter looks like me. I get to see my beauty in her, and it’s made me love myself more for sure. Beauty is always changing for me.”
Seems like she’s come a long way with this… Hopefully, the lessons she learned and her openness about the work she’s gotten done now will help her while raising the next generation of Kar-Jenners. Reactions, Perezcious readers?! Sound OFF (below)!
