The Love Island star had his Instagram account targeted this afternoon as it was hacked.
Curtis Pritchard, 23, risked losing all of his 1.5million followers and any messages being leaked in the hacking incident.
However, luckily for Maura Higgins’ man, he now has control of the account again.
The hackers posted about a number of free giveaways for items such as iPhones, MacBooks, Apple watches and Tesla model X cars throughout the afternoon.
Thankfully none of Curtis’s private messages have been leaked yet.
After gaining control of his account again, Curtis told fans on his Instagram story: “Sorry for the random changes and uploads to my Insta.
“I was hacked, but I’m back and all back to normal again.”
The unfortunate incident comes as Curtis has been busy with his latest TV project.
AJ Pritchard’s brother has landed the role of the receptionist on BBC’s The Greatest Dancer.
Curtis shared a photo this week of himself getting his makeup done for the show.
He told fans: “Loving my time @greatestdancer. Can’t wait for you all to see the talent that this show brings.”
His villa partner Maura, 28, has also landed a big TV gig.
She is currently appearing on This Morning as a showbiz presenter.
