Jess Wright has revealed she's "so anxious" after seeing a horrific picture that triggered her trypophobia.
The 36 year old, who announced she's expecting her first child with William Lee-Kemp back in November, took to her Instagram stories to open up about her fear of small holes, bumps or patterns to her 1.5million followers.
Writing over a pink background, the star explained: "Really strange thing but I'm suffering with trypophobia (fear of skin rashes & lumps/patterns) something I've always kind of had but worse than ever since seeing something on my feed yesterday & mentally it's driving me mad.
"Anyone have any advice for this?" with a sweating emoji.
After receiving thousands of responses from her legion of followers, she decided to share some of the responses. However, the TOWIE star said there is no known cure for the phobia.
She explained: "I cannot believe how many people suffer with the same thing I have had 1000s of responses!
"A lot of you are asking me for me to share responses so I'm going to try & list some of them although it seems like there's not much we can do," with a sweating emoji.
Jess, who recently edited Nanny Pat into her bump kissing snap as a tribute six years after her death, continued: "exposure therapy (look at what bothers you more to try and get used it, meditation, get in touch with @thespeakmans !, try and take your mind off of it".
She went on: "Sorry can't help more! It's made me feel so anxious & weird but gonna try & switch off & beware of anything like it again."
Jess then described exactly what triggered her trypophobia as she wrote: "Mine was to do with 100's of creatures stuck to someone's neck & I can't get the vision out of my head & feel sick," followed by an emoji of someone wearing a face mask.

The TV personality added: "A lot of people saying my senses are heightened too with pregnancy".
It comes as Jess recently debuted her growing baby bump after returning home from her honeymoon in Dubai with husband William.
The newlyweds then went on to enjoy a romantic trip to Dubai for their honeymoon, and celebrated Jess’ birthday while there.
Over the course of their holiday, Jess shared a series of snaps of her ever-blossoming bump, and treated her 1.5 million followers to another one in front of a Christmas tree after returning home to the UK.
Jess has since shared another update on her bump, and proudly showed it off in a mirror selfie while out shopping.
In the snap, the mum-to-be rested her hand on her growing stomach while wearing a matching light brown top and flared trousers, coupled with an oversized black and white cardigan. To complete the look, Jess wore white trainers and a black shoulder bag.
