And it’s clear that Alaia-Mai, along with her sister Valentina, three, have really bonded with their baby brother since Rochelle and husband Marvin Humes welcomed him last October.

Previously opening up about the girls’ joy about becoming big sisters, Marvin told OK!: “They literally don’t leave him alone and they fight over who can hold him.”

The JLS star also explained that he was pleased that both girls had taken to their sister duties like a duck to water, offering to help out mummy and daddy regularly.

35 year old Marvin continued: “They’re great big sisters already, helping out with bath time, changing nappies and bottles.

“They’re super-excited that he’s here and having a newborn hasn’t worn off yet,” he added.

The star, who regularly presents on TV alongside his wife, also had nothing but praise for new mum Rochelle, saying he was in complete “awe” of her after seeing her welcome their latest addition.

He said: “Every time I’m just in awe of how amazing she is.

“When we got engaged, you feel closer, then you get married and feel even closer,” Marvin reflected.

“Then you have kids and every single time you become closer and closer as a couple, and my levels of respect for her go through the roof.

And Marvin sweetly added that the family dynamic was already working well – even though having a little boy in the Humes’ household had definitely changed things as he and Rochelle were now outnumbered.

He told us: “Roch and I are now outnumbered – three children to the two of us. It’s really amazing and great that we’ve got a boy.”

The doting dad went on to joke that there are definitely some perks to having a boy around. He said: “I’m still outnumbered, but at least I’ll have a bit of back up when it comes to the remote control and watching football in the future.”
